Install only after the setup checks pass

1. Extract this entire ZIP to a writable folder. Keep its files together.
2. Open Check before installing.exe from File Explorer. It does not install software automatically.
3. The Before you start screen lists every requirement. Click the official download buttons for missing software and select your existing KiCad/3D connector folders.
4. Open KiCad PCB Editor with a practice board and enable Preferences > Plugins > Enable KiCad API.
5. Click Check requirements again. Missing or unverified requirements keep work actions locked. No Skip button.
6. Once every requirement is Ready, click Install Giles Engine in the checker. It opens the adjacent 0.3.3 installer.
7. Open the installed app. It repeats the checks before Continue to workshop becomes available. Ask Codex to confirm sign-in/tool access inside the chat.

Detailed setup and download links | Workshop instructions

The separate third-party installer pack is optional if you prefer downloading from the official links. The connector code and runtimes still require a verified setup from the sender. This ZIP does not contain those engines, private designs or account credentials. Directly running the app installer can install a locked launcher; it does not bypass the installed app's checks.
